Pay it Forward - Autism Assessment Fee Waiver
Autism assessments aren’t free. As a therapist, I am required to purchase licenses to the tools I utilize, regularly pay to access the latest research, and time is money. Many more folks than ever before are seeking diagnostic assessments for Autism as adults.
I was lucky enough to be able to complete the assessment process alongside therapy with the therapist I had worked with for several years.
Had I not had this opportunity, I may have needed to pay over $1000 to request an autism assessment from a private assessor. I strive to keep my services as accessible as possible, while attending to the costs associated with running a business, maintaining my professional licenses and continuing education requirements, and ensure Tailz is able to have the best life as he ages.
In an effort to allow those who have higher incomes to support those who have lower incomes, I offer this Fee Waiver as an item in my “shop” to be able to purchase “fee waivers” for adults seeking an autism assessment who cannot cover the standard cost. I maintain a wait list of interested clients who are looking to receive an assessment, but are unable to afford the cost.
