As a therapist, I recognize that accessing a diagnosis is the first step in a journey of self discovery that often includes the roller coaster ride of grief, the buzzing of anxiety, imposter syndrome for lunch, and a whole heck of a lot of vulnerability. It can be difficult if you don’t know how to put words to your experiences, struggle with self-doubt about “is this Autism or ADHD or Anxiety or all of the above? or neither?” This network is access to a library of integration support tools.
