I get it.
Talking to a stranger about your business is awkward - at first.
Where to even begin? How much time do we have?
We can start where you are now, and go from there.
Inahle, exhale, repeat.
Welcome to 2026.
I’m here to help you navigate life amidst gestures broadly and talk about which memes you related to when that thing happened.
long story short, you survived
Tailz and I offer mental health therapy for real life.
Want help sorting through and labeling your emotions?
Need a space to feel heard, seen, and supported?
In your ‘dancing through the lightning strikes’ era?
I’m here for you.
I offer support for burnout, anxiety, trauma, adult autism and AuDHD assessment & integration.
I enjoy finding ways to co-create a toolbox and space for you to rest, discover yourself, talk and sort through the parts of life that you want to verbal process through with a therapist.
If you want to talk about how the stories and people and patterns in life have led you to where you are today, therapy can be a place for that.
Therapy can offer you space to discuss and find support in helping you navigate your relationships with yourself and others.
If you don’t know what you want therapy to help you with, offer you, or what it can offer for you, that’s okay. You don’t have to know what you need to ask for help in figuring it out.
Reach out if you want to to take a step in that journey.
Services available via Zoom to clients across Oregon, Washington, Tennessee, and Florida.
Let me ask you a few questions.
Are you feeling some type of way?
Do you miss feeling some other type of way?
Have you considered therapy, but have no idea where to start, what to talk about, or feel like there’s so much to discuss that it would be hard for anyone to follow?
Maybe you thought needing to talk to someone meant something was wrong with you or that you were broken.
Maybe you have even thought therapy was for people who didn’t try hard enough to figure it out on their own.
Me too.
Let me let you in on a little secret…
therapists go to therapy, doctors go to doctors, athletes have personal trainers…
Asking for support isn’t a sign of weakness; accepting support is a sign of strength.
As it turns out, therapy is for humans who want to talk to another human about their life while figuring out what’s next, what happened, and why this isn’t as easy as we hoped it would be.
What we don't need in the midst of struggle is shame for being human.

Let me ask you a few MORE questions.
Have you lost your focus or joy after something big happened in your life or to you?
Do you struggle to feel like you can be your true self at work? at school? with loved ones?
Do you live for the weekends and holidays or find yourself going through the motions while knowing there’s got to be a better way to stay in a job you love without feeling this way ALL the time?
Have you had a major shift in your perspective on life or spirituality in the last 10 years and struggle to integrate this into your story?
Are you a teenager or young adult trying to figure out who you are, what to do with your life, and how to recalibrate after online school?
Have you talked to your friends, family, and loved ones about how you feel, but aren’t really sure things are getting any better and you need a new perspective from someone who might have some advice?
It’s okay to ask for help
It’s hard because it’s hard,
not because you’re weak.
it’s okay not to be okay. it’s okay to be weird. it’s okay to be YOU.
Hi, I’m Kimberly (she/her), a therapist who spent a decade as a school social worker across K-12 Public Schools, focusing mostly on working with adolescents and families and addressing gaps in school and classroom practices and policies that impact youth mental health.
I loves working with humans who are hesitant to try therapy because talking about feelings with strangers is something you want to do, but it hasn’t yet gone well (or at all).
Many of us grew up not thinking much about how we felt emotionally.
We weren’t taught language around mental health and “therapy” was for other people.
We only knew a handful of words to describe our feelings.
We certainly never knew our physical experience is related to our emotional one, and vice versa.
It turns out, the Body Keeps the Score and deep breaths really do help.
Autism & Neurodivergence Assessment & Integration
Recently, more of us have begun to discover that our “talented and gifted” nature as a child was actually highly masked neurodivergence.
Having a brain that operates differently isn’t a problem to be solved, it’s an operating system to be learned.
As an Autistic therapist, I’m passionate about helping other autistic and neurodiverse humans discover the potential (and challenges) of their brain’s unique operating system.
Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.
Want to connect?
Let’s chat about what you’re looking for and see if I can help you navigate the waves of life a little less alone.
Book a free 15-20 minute consultation to learn more about therapy, me, and get answers to any questions you have before requesting an official therapy appointment.
If you’ve experienced something and need another human to sit with you and listen to your story, the new thoughts or behaviors you now have afterwards, or the things you miss about yourself or your life from before, that’s therapy.
